The Arts is a learning area that combines five areas of art;
Visual Arts, Dance, Drama, Media Arts and Music. At Pimpama State School,
students are taught all five areas across the year level bands (Prep-2, 3-4,
5-6). Students are given the opportunity to express their creative talents
through their weekly lessons and also the variety of extra-curricular arts offerings;
- Choirs (both senior and junior)
- Band (beginner and intermediate)
- Strings ensemble (beginner and intermediate)
- Wakkakiri
- School Musical
- Pimpama’s Got Talent
- End of year dance performances
