The Resource centre at Pimpama State School is certainly something to be proud of. There is an extensive range of resources including fiction/non-fiction books, games, puzzles and a class set of desktop computers. Students borrow with their class each week and new titles are added on a regular basis which always builds excitement.
Students also love visiting the library at lunchtime where they get the opportunity to volunteer as a special library helper, read, borrow, watch a story being read on the large interactive screen, draw, colour in, play chess, do puzzles, play with Lego, play uno, use wooden blocks, magnetic blocks and gears to name a few. There are always interesting creations being made every day which develops their wonderful imagination!
