Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Pimpama State School. We look forward to meeting you.
Please follow the 3 simple steps below to apply for enrolment at the best school on the Gold Coast!
1. The Enrolment Application
Please follow the link to your child's online enrolment application (or copy and paste the weblink into your browser: https://eq.sobs.com.au/en/parent.php?schoolid=70074 ).
If you are applying for more than one student, when the form is completed, an option will be available to submit an additional enrolment for each child.
Should you experience any difficulty completing the online application, please contact our office directly.
2. The Enrolment Interview
Once you have submitted the online enrolment application, our office will be in contact with you to arrange an enrolment interview, as well as an appropriate time for you to come in to the office to provide the required documentation.
Please ensure you have all required items (listed below) with you at the interview.
Enrolling for Prep next year?
With our future Prep students preparing to take their first steps into Primary School, we have created a Pimpama Pre Prep Program to assist in the process of 'getting ready for school'. This program is held in Term 4 with limited positions available.
An enrolment interview will still be necessary when enrolling for Prep next year. Please provide the following 'Required Documents' to our front office, at your earliest convenience, to secure your position.
3. Required Documents
To finalise an application, the following documents are required for each enrolling child:
- Original birth certificate
- Proof of your residency (not required for a sibling of an existing student), including:
- Primary source (current lease agreement signed by yourself and the real-estate, rates notice or unconditional sales agreement) and
- Secondary source (utility bill or connection notice)
The following documents are only required if applicable to the enrolling child:
- Visa/Citizenship Documents and Passport for any child born overseas
- Medical Diagnosis Reports
- Court Orders or Registered Parenting Plans
