Year 6 Camp
Each year, Pimpama State School offers Year 6 students the
opportunity to attend a Camp. This year students will go to PGL Kindilan. PGL Kindilan is just 45 minutes from Brisbane and occupies a beautiful, 220 acre bushland site in Redland Bay, zoned a Conservation Area in South East Queensland.
The students will be participating in a variety of water-based activities, including kayaking, as well as land based
activities, such as team challenges, bush walks and ropes courses. PGL Kindilan trained and highly qualified staff,
and Pimpama State School staff supervise all activities. Students will also participate in night activities. The aim of
this camp is to promote leadership, responsibility and initiative amongst our Year 6 group.
